Poor Packaging

His is the first item I have purchased from Chewy that was a complete disappointment. The pieces to this kitty scratching bed were just thrown into the box. The

His is the first item I have purchased from Chewy that was a complete disappointment. The pieces to this kitty scratching bed were just thrown into the box. The hardware.screws were just thrown into the box, not in a bag or pouch. The Bo’s arrived with two holes in it, one hole was big enough to fit my fist through it. Ninety percent of the screws had fallen out of the box so it was impossible to assemble. I was issued a refund, bit still disappointed that chew would do business with a business that doesn’t care about the customer.

Details on this product say 20lbs that is a joke. Our 15lb cat can’t use it. It’s unstable and he can pushes it because it’s so light weight.
