Love this feeder! It arrives securely packed to prevent damage and includes easy step by step directions. We had it together and in use in just a few minutes. There are no issues with Melvin being afraid or finicky to change bowls, he immediately loved it! The timer is spot on! At 7a and 7p the cat AND the dog run when they hear the food drop. This tank holds about half of a 6lb bag of food and the lid houses a dehydrating replaceable pack to keep food dry. I highly recommend this product!

We’ve had it for a month, and now have a camera on it to make sure everything goes well and have caught it several times skipping meals at least 2-3 times a week
We’ve had it for a month, and now have a camera on it to make sure everything goes well and have caught it several times skipping meals at least 2-3 times a week. It was seen once jumping from 6:28 to 6:31 and missed the 6:30 meal time. Adjusted the time and it worked ok for the first two or three days then started doing it again at different times. Not consistent when it skips. Calling it a dud and looking into a pricier WiFi capable one. Disappointed but glad we know before we went for a longer trip than a couple days.

This is the nicest product I’ve ever had the pleasure of testing for Chewy. You can choose between 1 and 18 portions with 18 being a full cup at a time. The portions are small but that makes them fully customizable. Idk how many feeding times you can select, but we did 4 and I know there was an option for 5. The cats were instantly drawn to it and so was the now very jealous dog. It has two sides, which right before I received the item, I adopted a third cat, but there is a version with 3 bowls.

I have 3 cats and there are times that two want to eat at the same time so this is perfect for those situations. It’s very easy to use and has good instructions. It holds the perfect amount of food. I’m glad I don’t have to worry about their bowls being empty and they wake me up a lot less.

Couple of nice features here, for one they give you the USB but also the converter wall plug for it. The set up is really easy and straight forward. It's quiet enough

It's quiet enough when dispensing that it didn't bother our older kitty. I like that the dishes are wide and flat and the metal dish lifts out for easy cleaning. The dispenser unclips for easy cleaning as well. Feels well thought out overall. The sticker on top was a bit hard to get cleaned, but hardly worth complaining about.

It has several serving setting, thr “1” serving is quite small but you can experiment with what works for your household.

The cat feeder was easy to put together; however, it was difficult to program. Looks nice and holds a lot of kibble. It is a bit bulky but great if you have 2 cats

They have learned when it’s feeding time and stare at the feeder waiting for their food to drop! I had the feeder on the floor, but the dog found it. She liked it too, so I can no longer use it.

Love this feeder! Works great, holds enough food and was super easy to set up. The only drawback is that it does not sense any leftovers so it will just keep feeding
