Very easy to set up, very easy to program, very easy to walk away and not have to worry about feeding cats on a routine every day. This feeder has been pretty useful
Very easy to set up, very easy to program, very easy to walk away and not have to worry about feeding cats on a routine every day. This feeder has been pretty useful. It has a USB C cable design which is good. The feeder itself is pretty stable and I don't have to worry about it getting knocked over. It is easy to clean with a damp towel. But, It does not evenly distribute food to the bowls even if you turn the dial all the splitting dial all the way.

I gave this auto feeder some time because I really wanted to like it, and it is fine but I have some issues. I'll start with the good things though! Pros - - It is always on time and it does properly dispense the amounts it claims - The bowls are very sturdy when locked in to place, our 10 month old puppy couldn't get them off and she is so pawsy we have to velcro her bowls to the floor! - It is quiet, a lot of auto feeders I have tried are very loud when dispensing, I usually had to double check that this one had dispensed - Very quick set up - Good size food reserve Cons- - The app is a bit slow and a mess, the translation on it wasn't done the greatest. - The feeder 'portions' are done by weight rather than on measurements you'd find on a food bag, like 1/8th a cup. -This isn't the worst but the quick guide back shows the portions you should do off of their weight and most of them do not = to potion amounts you can dispense? One portion is ~15g and food amounts will be 66g, 35g etc. - I wish I could customize it to one bowl if needed

I loved it! I use it on the counter to get kibbles for 2 of my Yorkies as they eat the same diet (the Maltese is diabetic and has sensitive stomach therefore on a different diet). It makes my life easier not having to open their kibbles jar and scooping out to fill two bowls. That’s why I didn’t try to work it with the phone as I don’t leave their food out, plus Imix other stuff to the kibbles. If I still had cats I would also use one for them on the counter, it would be very handy!

We have 2 cats but they have been sharing the same dry food bowl for 8 years. We have noticed 1 is overweight and another one is losing weight. The vet suggested

This would be better suited for something like a chihuahua or cat, I have 55+ lbs dogs and this won't work for any of them. The other thing I didn't like was that there are no assembly instructions. I had to figure out how to put it together myself.
