Listing is wrong. Product is a water additive instead of medicated oral rinse.

This product is listed online as having chlorhexidine and cetylpyridinium chloride. The product that I received - that others did too, based on these reviews -

This product is listed online as having chlorhexidine and cetylpyridinium chloride. The product that I received - that others did too, based on these reviews - indicates there are no active ingredients and that this product is a water additive only. Very disappointed in Chewy's inaccurate listing that is resulting in a delay of care for our pet. A waste of shipping materials and carbon emissions. Chewy, please update this product listing to accurately reflect what you are sending customers. The product listing has been inaccurate since at least March of 2024.

buyer beware

The description of this product does not match the actual item you will get! It is NOT a chlorhexidine rinse. It does NOT contain any chlorhexidine nor cetylpyridinium

The description of this product does not match the actual item you will get! It is NOT a chlorhexidine rinse. It does NOT contain any chlorhexidine nor cetylpyridinium chloride, according to the ingredients list on the bottle! So if that is what you are looking for, look elsewhere. It also does NOT come in a "squirt bottle for easy application" that you can squirt into dog's mouth. It is simply a water additive to help freshen breath. I hope someone at Chewy will fix this deceptive description on this page (and if so, feel free to remove my review at that time)
