Stinky Chews
I ordered two buckets of these chews, and I’m concerned I’ll end up throwing them out. They smell like plastic so badly that we could smell them through the delivery
I ordered two buckets of these chews, and I’m concerned I’ll end up throwing them out. They smell like plastic so badly that we could smell them through the delivery box, with wrapped & sealed containers on my porch. 2 of my 4 dogs refused to eat one, even doctored with peanut butter. I had to set the buckets outside because the smell was overwhelming in the house.

Although the ingredients look good, it had no effect on my dogs. In fact, both dogs had diarrhea when they first had it. I suspect that the packaging is not suitable for the product as oils can go rancid and spoil quickly if not kept in an airtight container. When I received the product there is oil stains on the outside of the container as well. It also give one of my dog horrible tear stains as well as ear infection that cleared up when I stopped giving her these. So be ware if your dog has food sensitivities. The color is suspicious of artificial coloring but not listed ob the label. There’s no visible coat improvement. Overall these treats made my dogs feel worse than better. If this is on sale I would never buy it at the original price! It’s not even worth the sale price IMO.

One of my dogs almost refuses to eat it, it takes him a few tries before he’ll chew and swallow. If you or your pet is sensitive to the fishy smell, you may want to try a different product. I will keep buying them, they are full of things my dog needs for healthy skin and shiny hair. I can deal with the smell, the price is right for this product.
