Works for Us
I think one of my cats may be allergic to certain ingredients (most likely potato) in a couple of other premium canned chicken food I was feeding her, so I switched to the Orijen Duck and Chicken. So far, she doesn't seem to be scratching around her eyes as much and the rims are no longer red and inflamed. I cannot say for certain it has solved her allergy problem, but it seems to be lessening her symptoms significantly. Allergies in cats are difficult to pin down, and my cat refuses to eat prescription diets, so we are stuck with trial and error. At any rate, she seems to like the taste of the food, and I feel pretty good about the quality of Orijen cat food.
My cat loves this
My cat is a very picky eater and will only eat one other brand of wet cat food. However, I wanted to give this Orijen cat food a try. I was very surprised with her after I gave this cat food to her and she actually ate the portion I gave her and licked the bowl clean. I liked that the can was easy to open, the food did not have a off putting scent like some of the cat foods I have opened, it had a nice color too it not a pale brown like some cat foods I have bought and the cans stack nicely on top of each other for easy storage. The only downside is the food is a bit pricey but I would buy it again.
Very good quality food, cured cats diarrhea
This is really good quality food. My two cats had to get used to eating food without tons of fillers, but now they love it. It is also more filling and they eat less ounces than the other poor quality food. Also, this doesn't have sunflower seed oil in it, which is harmful. My cat came from the shelter with a UTI and I cured it with good food but he still suffered from diarrhea. After getting rid of the cans with seed oil in them and purchasing Orijen, no more problems.
Orijen Duck and chicken
Above and beyond what I expected a cat food should or would be. This is great for them. They definitely approved. They came running. Nothing was left not one drop. You can tell just by the look of it when you open it that it is high quality food. it doesn't even smell like canned cat food it just smells like good food. Cat(S) and Owner approved!!!!
Kitties loved it
My kitties love this food they flipped over it as soon as I opened the package they couldn't wait until I opened one can they are fighting for it so I had to open up three cans and they got pulled it all up first day of like the gravy and then they went for the Pate itself and they left nothing behind
Oreijen duck and chicken cat food
I got this for my fur baby a few days ago and it is a good cat food to feed my indoor cat. I use it to top off the dry cat food to give them a special treat. The cat eats it right up. It is a healthy choice and he just loves the flavor
Great stuff
My cats a little finicky. She will literally turn her nose up at food. But not this stuff. She’ll come up and tap my leg then go by the cans lol. Cracks me up. She really dies love it. Is it the duck, the chicken, tge bone broth? Gotta be all of it. Great job Orijen … great stuff.
Appears to be good quality But allergic reaction
He started scratching his face after eating. So much so he scratched his fur away. He is allergic to some ingredient. I went back to another flavor we had left and so far no scratching. I really like this brand great quality. Not a lot of added ingredients. I feed him the dry food also.
Loved the broth
I got this to give my cats something different to try. One of my cats loved the broth and not so much the page. My other one loved it broth and pate. But he will eat anything. So I am going to let my sister try it with her cats. Some for mine and hers.
Cats seem to like it
The cats seem to really like this cat food. It's not like other cat foods this one is perfect for them. It doesn't seem to upset their stomach like other brands do. It doesn't smell like cat food so that's a plus
