Every can I have opened has been consistent in color, smell, consistency. Moist, and the can full. I love the pull off top, but it causes me to have to dig under

Every can I have opened has been consistent in color, smell, consistency. Moist, and the can full. I love the pull off top, but it causes me to have to dig under the edge of the can top to get every morsel of this pricey dog food. My two dogs are loving it and even the cat eats it, although kitty has got his own Orijen food now.

This food has been a really happy surprise for me and for my Dolly! She is usually a good eater but I have never seen such enthusiasm before for any other food that we have tried with her! She has been eating this for the past five days and is very excited at dinner time. The consistency seems to please her, it's dense and looks good enough for me to eat. It looks and smells like people food even after it has been refrigerated, as Dolly is small and can't eat a whole can in one day. We are very pleased and will be ordering more of this in the future!

My dog is not usually very food motivated. He typically will let his food sit and he will graze on it. However, as soon as he smelled this food he was jumping up

My dog is not usually very food motivated. He typically will let his food sit and he will graze on it. However, as soon as he smelled this food he was jumping up to see what was going into his bowl and he devoured it. I liked that it wasn’t just a brown paté, you could see bits of orange veggies in it (guessing carrots and pumpkin, based on the ingredient list). He licked his bowl completely clean, which is rare for him, and is already looking forward to tomorrow’s meal!

I used this food as a topper for my dogs normal kibble. All 3 dogs loved it. They ate everything in their bowl without even lifting their heads. It is made from 95%animal ingredients. It does not have a strong odor and it mixes well in kibble with a little warm water added. My only complaint is that about 1/2 of the cans were crushed/damaged when they arrived.
