Great for a Birthday Treat
I bought this for my Labrador Retriever’s 1st Birthday. It is expensive, but he’s worth every penny .
Best topping
My 11 month old white swiss shepherd and 3 year old pomeranian/chihuahua mix love this topping. It is pricey but I only add to their daily feed as topping.
Healthy but expensive
My dog seems to like this food and she is picky. Would like it better but for two issues: it does not soften up well at all in the warm water, even after soaking it for 15 minutes. Still have to break apart with a spoon. Also, it is very expensive. Each bag costs about $40.00 and only lasts about 4 days- as a topper. Can't imagine how much it would cost to feed her and my other 100 pound dog this food exclusively. Definitely cost prohibitive.
Dogs love it.
The ingredients are top quality. However this product is extremely expensive and does not go far at all. I will not purchase again unless I become rich My dogs gave it a 10+
Too expensive to keep up
According to the directions my dog was to have 9 nuggets a day - there was 22 in one bag- that's only 2 days of meals per bag and at a cost of close to $40 a bag, that's not feasible for me, or most families. As a topper, well I don't see the need to add anything if the purpose of changing the food was to get less ingredients that may inflame her , so adding to her existing food is useless for us. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 2 is because my dog loves the taste and smell of the nuggets- which are about 2 inch in diameter, so more of a puck than a nugget.
Excellent replacement for fresh raw
To the writer who thought they found plastic in the food, that is dried sinew (tendon). If you soak it it will soften up. My dogs love this food. I had to switch from fresh raw due to temporarily moving to a small space while we build our home. I don’t have the freezer space for fresh raw. My picky pups refused all other food but love this. It’s convenient and easy to prepare.
Fish bones!
I use these as topper for my cats’ raw food. The cats love it, which is a huge plus. Unfortunately, it has pieces of sharp fish bones in a lot of the patties. I cut myself a few times while crumbling these for my cats. It also stabbed my cat in the gum, so now I have to be really careful with it.

My Picky Yorkie, Pickles loves this food! Since switching to this food, Pickley has lost weight, has more energy, and his hair looks better than ever! At his last check up his vet was very pleased.
Plastic found in food, not buying again
I break up the freeze dried food and mix it in with dry kibbles. I found a hard piece of plastic in the food that could've harmed my dog. Im not buying this again.
