Instructions
ACTIVATE YOUR KIT- GO to orivet.com/activate.
COLLECT YOUR DOGS DNA- Use all of the enclosed swabs to collect your sample by rubbing the swab on the inside of you dogs cheek for 10-15 seconds. Note: No eating for 10 minutes before collection.
ALLOW SWABS TO DRY- Let the swabs air dry for at least 10 minutes before placing them back in their pouch. Note: Do not tightly seal the pouch.
MAIL US BACK THE SAMPLES- Once you have collected the samples place the pouch containing the swabs into the envelope provide and mail them back to us.

Horrible Company
I am a customer of a breeder who used this company and I can honestly say if there was a 0 star option I would put that. This company has taken all the joy and excitement
I am a customer of a breeder who used this company and I can honestly say if there was a 0 star option I would put that. This company has taken all the joy and excitement out of the process of purchasing my puppy. I have been waiting for my breeder to receive the information on the puppies paternity all month and they still keep pushing back the deadline and avoiding responsibility when confronted. I have called and emailed with barely any response in return. They have given false promises and expectations that they have been unable to uphold. There is honesty nothing good to say about Orivet. I am a very patient person but I am tired of being strung along when all I want to my puppy to come home which can’t happen until they give my breeder his paternity. I was supposed to have the information and my puppy over two weeks ago. This is absurd, they make their customers feel ignored, powerless and unimportant. There actions not only have affected me, but they affect my breeder who is just tying to do the best she can for her business. If you are thinking of trusting this company with your pets DNA or the DNA their offspring, DONT! Unless of course you enjoy waiting x4 longer than you expect

If your ok with that then this product is good for you! This product is cheaper then other dna on the market for sure by $15-$20.

I bought the test and sent it in December 15 I have no idea if they got it and their web site doesn't say. I used Embark last time I did a DNA and I will probably rue the day I didn't go back with them. I will update this review once they send the results back.

Completely frustrated with Orivet! Set up my account selected US as my country and it won’t save the dogs weight in lb’s, it keeps defaulting to kg’s! Waited a little
Completely frustrated with Orivet! Set up my account selected US as my country and it won’t save the dogs weight in lb’s, it keeps defaulting to kg’s! Waited a little over 2 weeks for the results I got an automated email at 2:43am the results were ready, I logged in and it says the results are in, but when I click the link, it still says “pending results”! I have an email in to them and will call back Monday during business hours, but needless to say, I was so excited and have been waiting for the results and it’s super frustrating. Everyone else I have talked to since I ordered this, said they used Embark and it was a fabulous experience. I should have spent the few extra dollars and went with Embark!
