How often do I use the clipper grease? Not the oil. The grease for the Motor. And where do I place it and how much?

Answer by ChewyJun 29, 2019
Only clippers with a universal motor require greasing - for example, the Classic 76, Model 10 or Turbo 111. In order to grease the clipper, remove the front cover plate (nameplate) to access to the gear box. This will allow you to determine if the clipper needs to be greased. If clipper does need grease, use about 1/2 teaspoon. Fill the gear box with the grease. Make sure the grease covers the gears. Most of our products come packed with a grease tube.

How can i attach the 10 piece comb set to this blade? They do not see to fit in any which way

Answer by ChewyJun 19, 2019
With the clipper facing you, place the pad of your thumb on the blade and swiftly push the top of the blade away from the clipper. This will make the blade '"tongue" or "blade assembly" open and you can slide the blade off. off the "tongue" and replace the new blade on the "tongue". With the "tongue" open, turn clipper on and then push the blade towards the clipper (shut), this will ensure the proper engagement of the blade on the driving tip. To put the blade back on, first, ensure that the rectangular metal "tongue" or blade hinge assembly is in standing position or open. If it is closed, insert a flat head screwdriver under the tongue and applying enough force, push the hinge back to standing position. Once this is complete, slide the blade on the tongue, turn your clipper on and push the blade down and snap the hinge assembly closed.

After 15 minutes of use the unit is so hot I can't even hold it, much less put any blade next to my 10 pound girl to trim her up. I have touched the blades to my arm, back of hand, and even inside of wrist and I jump because it is extremely HOT. YES, I use blade kool, blade wash, and blade oil during and after each use. So it's not like I'm not taking care of anything. I had a unit that was 30 years old and was lost during a move, that worked a thousand times better than this one!!! Would NOT recommend!!!!

These don’t work, at all. The blades don’t even move when turned on. The button you’re supposed to push to remove the blade doesn’t move at all so the blade can’t be removed. Completely defective right out of the box. After being turned on for less than a minute it starts to get hot and overheat.

They barely cut the dogs hair, they pull they grab, etc. I've always bought this brand. But I may never again. I don't see a return policy. I'll bring them to my clipper guy and hopefully he can make them work. What a waste of my hard earned money.

I love this one the most. Easy to use, I use blades 10 and 5. Easy to clean, reasonable sound. Definitely recommend. I use on my zuchon.

Great clippers!

For many years I was a breeder of Bouvier des Flandres. I had a set before & I lost them in a house fire. So, I had to replace them.

40 Years

The last one I had lasted 40 years. This one seems to be built just as well and works exactly like the old one and does an excellent job on my 2 standard Schnauzers

This clipper has two settings so I can slow it down when trimming sensitive areas with less hair like under her belly. I have been using it for 3 years on my curly goldendoodle and still going strong. Long cord makes it easy to move around the table.
