The Package was not kept cold

This medication is supposed to stay refrigerated. I didn't know the box was outside for two days or what shipment was in the box since I have other auto shipments

This medication is supposed to stay refrigerated. I didn't know the box was outside for two days or what shipment was in the box since I have other auto shipments with Chewy. Also I was not sent an Invoice stating what I have been charged for this medication??? Please send an Invoice with the amount charged for Osurnia this shipment? Thank you.

I was very pleased with how quickly you processed my pharmacy order. But part 2 of my order which was dry and canned cat food along with a large box of cat litter

I was very pleased with how quickly you processed my pharmacy order. But part 2 of my order which was dry and canned cat food along with a large box of cat litter was all in 1 box which weighed about 68 pounds which was too heavy for me to lift, so I had to open it on the porch and remove the items. Other than that everything was good.

Useless

I put the first dose in and my dog started scratching his ear like never before. Second dose was due in 7 days. Went ahead with that knowing it’s supposed to work

I put the first dose in and my dog started scratching his ear like never before. Second dose was due in 7 days. Went ahead with that knowing it’s supposed to work for 45 days. Now one week into the second dose and his ear is FULL of brown goo and smells of yeast. Red and inflamed and he’s scratching at it and whining if I touch it. I’m so disappointed as this was not cheap. My baby is miserable so off to the vet we go - AGAIN.
