This product is super cute, and clearly well made. My issue is the center piece that holds it all together is so tight that rotating the syrup or waffles requires more force than my small cat can produce, which just leaves her frustrated when she can't get to the treats inside. It would be great for a bigger pet.

Not a good puzzle

The only spot you can place the treats is in the outer top spots. If you place them anywhere else your dog won't be able to get the treats out.

The design is cool

Hard for my kitty to be able to get into the very most inner part. Wish it was a bit more loose for him to turn with one paw.

Not for cats

It says it’s a dog and cat toy but I would say it’s a little too big for a cat to play with and too hard to move around for a cat. It’s pretty bulky.

He loves this toy. He’s a St Bernard/Great Pyrenees. He loves treats. He loves puzzle toys. He is not against using force to get the treats out. This one is holding up to daily use except for the 4 little rubber feet. They were off with the first use. I had to make sure they disappeared before he ate them. It has teeth marks imprinted in it but the puzzle parts are fully functional still. When he breaks it, I’m sure I’ll buy another.

My treat driven cat enjoys this puzzle. He can’t move the main yellow vector, but still has fun fishing out large treats from the corners and spinning the translucent brown syrup section to find treats. As with most of these puzzles, the key is to use special treats that are larger and smellier than usual. Start with the periphery and then add some in the center. The ladybug and puzzles by Trixie are a wonderful way to bond with your cat and exercise their minds. I leave a few set up when I leave the house.

cute!

LOVE the design! Simply adorable! My sister's cat loves it more than mine. He's almost too smart for it, but still love it so much!

The syrup on top cover the 4 most inner waffle squares, my puppy can't reach his kibble in there. Heck, I can barely reach some of the squares and have to turn the puzzle upside down to empty it out. Waffle is tough to turn. Maybe this is better for older dogs, but I think I'll switch an actual slow feeding bowl instead.
