My dog really liked playing with this toy! As a tug toy she like holding the rope and I would grab the rubber part which was more comfortable for me than most other tug toys. Unfortunately the rope is not very durable and she got it into a stringy mess within a few minutes. 4 stars because she still had fun with it and I’m sure she will chew on the rubber part once I inevitably have to throw the rope away.

First I gave this toy to our little Chihuahua mix and she loved the scent but couldn't quite pick it up. Jasper (my 76lb GSD / Great Py mix) took one sniff of the minty scent and immediately claimed it as his own despite it's girly color. The fresh aroma keeps him interested, and the rope is strong enough for tug games but easy to remove for washing. The teething ring is soft enough to soothe sore gums yet tough enough to withstand plenty of chewing. I even popped it in the freezer for extra gum relief, which Jasper loved. Overall, this toy is durable, practical, and perfect for medium to large dogs who enjoy tugging and teething play.

Size Matters!

It was too big to get her mouth around. I didn't realize it was for larger dogs. Gracie is an avid chewer but just an 11-pound Coton de Tulear.
