Chewy offers credit & refunds to it's customers without them even asking. Usually I order regularly once a month or so but this week I had to place an emergency order. Our dogs have a Kong every night at bedtime & we had lost all our Kongs during recent travels. The order was placed & expected to arrive the next day but inclement weather delayed the shipment for 2 days. I just received an email letting me know that because of the delay, although no fault of Chewy, they were refunding my shipping fee. Fantastic company.

It’s so cute!

My German Shepherds got the fish and the whale. They absolutely love these toys. My older baby decided to rip the fish mouth apart to get the ball. Problem solved!
