the first toy our pup never destroyed
Our 3 year old 50lb Australian Cattle Dog LOVES this toy. She typically pulls apart toys within 10 minutes but not with this little guy. It is much smaller than toys we gave her in the past and for some reason she just loves playing with it without destroying it. It makes a great sound so she can squeak it easily without ripping it apart. We bought her a second one a year ago because the first one ended up getting too dirty, but it never got damaged. Just ordered a third one. If you’re unsure about this and think your dog might destroy it right away, just give it a try. Your pup might end up being gentle with this one.
Not invincible at all
Maybe it's invincible for a dog with no teeth, but all of the "invincible" toys I bought for my two doggos (2 year old German Shepherd mix and 9 month old Golden Retriever) haven't lasted more than 20 minutes. They only lasted that long because they were fighting over them. Once one of them had it to themselves, they had the squeaker destroyed in 5 minutes, multiple holes, and the seams are coming apart in multiple places. Thankfully they were cheap.
Not Indestructible
I have a 2 y/o, 18 lb. pug and she punctured the squeaker in minutes. Very disappointing. The upside is she still plays with it because she hasn't yet chewed the fabric to shreds. Also, I hate the "snow" all over the place when she gets to the fluff; it's a plus that this has no stuffing. Compared to everything else available, I'd probably but this type toy again.
Best for hard chewers
My border collie can destroy most plush toys in a heartbeat but loves them! This one has lasted several weeks, even with my new aussie puppy helping out. Great value!
Excellent toy
Have 2 labs and 1 GSP. They have played fetch and chewed on these for hours. No damage and looks same as new. A great bargain for these toys.
Great play toy
This is my third time with this toy. It keeps my dog occupied and is his favorite. It is durable and last for months. I would highly recommend.
So good I am ordering another one.
I have an 8 month old golden that can chew through anything. I got him the 6 squeaker snake and it lasted almost a month and he played with it a bunch every day! We all know there is no plush toy that is indestructible when it comes to big dogs but this lasted a long time in comparison to everything else we tried. There are double seams around the outside so it took longer for him to get to the inside where the squeakers live. In addition there are seams between each squeaker so even when he chewed through both outside seams, all I had to do was remove the squeaker in that section. Also great, there is no stuffing that you need to worry about. He loved this toy and entertained himself for quite a bit when he played with it. Even if I have to buy one every couple of months, the cost is low enough that it is worth it for me.
Not for multiple dogs
I bought the snake toy hoping that my one year old German Wirehair dogs would be able to play together. The toy was fun for about 15 minutes with the 3 pups pulling and ripping it apart. The textured fabric nubs were bitten off immediately. The reinforced seams were great but the fabric ripped before the seams. I’m still on the hunt to find a soft toy that is actually indestructible.
squeaker did not last
the outer layer has now lasted more than a week which is great but the squeaker inside only lasted two days
Cute fox toy
My one year old dog loves this toy. He plays with it everyday. He tosses it around and makes it squeak. No tears or rips so far
