PLAY BY THE RULES – SAFETY & CARE:
When choosing a toy, make sure to choose an appropriate size/style/level for your dog. No toy or game is indestructible. Ultimately, your pet's safety is your responsibility. ALWAYS supervise your dog closely, teach your dog how the game/toy works. Do not leave the dog alone with a treat game/toy, do not let the dog chew on the game/toy or pieces. Inspect regularly for damage and remove if broken, or if parts become separated, as serious injury may result. For dogs only, not a children's toy. When empty, store until next supervised use.

The durability of this puzzle feeder is not very high, the puzzle itself is challenging and good, but a couple of the pieces come loose pretty easily, and the plastic used seems much softer relative to some of the other toys we have from this brand. It’s much easier for our puppy to put teeth marks into this and bite and chew on the pieces slowly breaking apart this toy, which makes is feel like the quality of this toy brand has gone down
I do not recommend it!

My toy poodle can't open the top part. I can barely turn it myself. The middle parts are also all defective - it's very difficult to press on them. And if you open them (I do, not the dog!), the food flies out :)).. The lower parts... they work intermittently - everything is very poorly made, you can't open them without force! Although the idea is good, but... it doesn't work properly.

I have purchased a bunch of puzzles from Chewy in hopes of finding something truly challenging for my pup that would take her more than a minute or so to solve. This was the first one that has taken her a while to figure out and has been challenging for her. She figured out the bottom two levels easily when I started with that but was challenged when I added in the third level. Love that she has to spend some time on a puzzle for a change!

I raise Guide Dog puppies and my 1 year old lab does great at puzzles so I bought this (rated 4, or most difficult) thinking it would keep her stimulated and occupied for awhile. I loaded all the compartments with kibble, but didn’t expect her to solve all the levels. 20 minutes later she had solved everything and emptied the puzzle. I reloaded it and not a fluke - she did it again. It keeps her occupied for maybe 10 minutes but I’d like to find a more challenging puzzle. Best puzzle we have, but I’d like to see better.
The difficulty.

Zene has a habit that if she can’t get to the treat right away, she bangs the toy on the ground or tries tearing pieces off it to get the reward. After learning the hard way, I’ve gotten her a few new ones which have been more successful. This one we are gradually getting into, going step by step so she’s not flipping it up in the air or using her teeth. Mom had to learn this the expensive way, closer supervision. So step by step she’s doing much better with this and so am I.
Easier than it looks

My 5 month old puppy was able to solve this pretty quickly like within the Second Use. And she was able to chew many of the pieces making it hard to slide. This is the fourth one of these puzzles from this company and the first one to have this kind of issue. So I don't recommend it for dogs that chew.
Challenging

Challenging puzzle with lots of options but the mechanisms are very hard to slide unlike many other outward hound puzzles. I purchased as a gift but this puzzle needs a lot of improvements with the features it offers. Even as a person the sliders get caught

At first my dogs just looked it!! One of my Yorkies just sat vigilant by it all day. When someone (or dog) walked in the room, he stood ready to defend the toy he didn’t know how to use. After a few days, I hard weird noises in the middle of the night. It was him figuring out the toy o’treats!!! He loves it!!! He hasn’t figured out the top ones out yet but it’ll come so enough! My other dogs just don’t care but they are like that about a lot of stuff.
Good with some issues

I got this for my dogs who seem to like it and get some entertainment from it. I have to say that they haven’t figured out the first actual puzzle but the sliding doors and the drawers they got down. That being said, doors on this that are supposed to easily slide kind of don’t. It’s just plastic so some of the parts don’t slide around as well as they should so my dogs end up giving up on those and moving on. I go back and have to open it for them and even then it’s hard for me to move. The top puzzle with the flips is kind of hard. My dogs are small and i don’t think they can hit the “switches” hard enough to make them pop open. Other than that it does keep them entertained for quite a bit trying to open all the drawers and rechecking to make sure they got them all. They always take a nap after.
Very interactive
Our large golden loves these treat puzzles, but he chewed a few of the compartment lids and slides on this one pretty quickly. They don't open easily so my guess
Our large golden loves these treat puzzles, but he chewed a few of the compartment lids and slides on this one pretty quickly. They don't open easily so my guess is frustration trumped patience with this one
