Chewy is great

Prices are great & shipping was lightning fast. Quality of Oxbow hay has declined since they found that by compressing the hay they could use small scraps and dust

Prices are great & shipping was lightning fast. Quality of Oxbow hay has declined since they found that by compressing the hay they could use small scraps and dust. The new packaging also makes it VERY hard to pull hay out. Oxbow's answer: Buy a big tote to store it in!
