Is the water additive stronger or the same potency as the spray?

The Pet Water Additive and the Dental Spray are the same exact products and same potency. We put it in a spray form for pets that don’t drink much water. You can either add it in their water every time you fill their bowl or spray it directly in their mouth daily.

How many times per day can this be sprayed in my small dog’s mouth? I also use the water treatment solution. Thanks.
