Slides of Leash, but can make it work

I had to attach it to the handle in order to get it to not slide down the leash. The other issue is the slit to pull out bags is on the back so it isnt usable at

I had to attach it to the handle in order to get it to not slide down the leash. The other issue is the slit to pull out bags is on the back so it isnt usable at all. But I am able to just use the zipper instead. I've had this for months now and am used to it. Photos show almost a year of use.
