I used this camera to check up on my babies while I was at work mostly to ensure they were getting along while alone. It gives me a full view of the whole room and lets me also see them after dark. Admittedly, connection can be a little touchy when without wifi - but that was to be expected. The app lets you take video or photos of your pets as well. It also seems to have some settings for notifying you about movements, but I haven't been interested in pursuing that.

It was easy to set up, and I can watch and even talk to them thru it.. (don’t worry, I have a pet sitter come in to play with them/feed them) I just feel better knowing I can see them and what they’re up to!
Bad Buy
This camera has a bad high pitch screech when it turn from one side to the other. I need two more cameras right now but I'm not sure if this is a bad choice.

This camera works great. It was easy to set up and I can see what my critters are up to at night or when I’m not around. It tracks their movements as they move around
This camera works great. It was easy to set up and I can see what my critters are up to at night or when I’m not around. It tracks their movements as they move around the room. You do need to purchase the cloud storage if you want to be able to use the playback, but it’s only $50 for a whole year. Well worth it. I definitely recommend this camera. You can also keep an eye on your kids, if you want to. lol!

But the best part of this camera is that is uses the smart life app. This is the best app for everything (smart plugs, switches, lights, security cameras, etc) All of my other smart home stuff is compatible with smart life so I just have one app to control everything. It also works with Alexa.

It gives me so much peace of mind being able to check in on my dogs anytime, especially when I’m away from home. The night vision and auto-focus work perfectly, and the video clarity is great. Setting it up was incredibly easy; I had it up and running in minutes. Highly recommend this to any pet owner who wants to keep an eye on their furry friends!

This one is my favorite I have another one at home, but it doesn’t have the same features as this one. In the app you I can change the angle, zoom and talk to my pets. My favorite feature is being able to move it around and check on both of my pets from one camera.

The unit is small and easy to put anywhere, and I would have given it a five star if it wasn’t the issue with the instruction manual! Manuel only shows app installation
