This item has made me not want to get a product that requires WiFi ever again. It keeps disconnecting from WiFi or something. The first day I used it, I set up times
This item has made me not want to get a product that requires WiFi ever again. It keeps disconnecting from WiFi or something. The first day I used it, I set up times to feed and when I went back in to look through the app, my cat wasn’t fed and there was no history of me setting up a feeding schedule. If you’re not good with computers I don’t recommend this specific product.

Unverified broken app
App is unverified and cannot safety be connected with Google home. It disconnected the device from the app without alerting me and my cat didn't get food for two
App is unverified and cannot safety be connected with Google home. It disconnected the device from the app without alerting me and my cat didn't get food for two days--thankfully we were still using his old food bowl to transition. I got this for the price but would never buy this brand again. If I could, I would trade for a nicer product. There is no option to manually set up a schedule either, so we may be returning this product.

I absolutely love this product. I work late hours and I hate making my two cats wait for me to come home to eat. The auto-feeder adds a level of convenience I really appreciate. It was also really easy to set up, and I love that the app records each time it dispenses so I know that it did feed them. The only odd thing about it is the bowl doesn’t clip in to the dispenser ( or at least I haven’t figured it out yet ) so if my cats play and they move the bowl, there’s food all over the floor. But I stabilized it with tape, so works a-okay for now. Overall really happy with the purchase!

i needed a feeder for a trip and this did perfect!! it fed my cat on time with the schedule on the app and works really well. only thing is the app is supposed to
i needed a feeder for a trip and this did perfect!! it fed my cat on time with the schedule on the app and works really well. only thing is the app is supposed to have a record of the feeds and the app told me the feeder wasn’t working midway through my trip causing me to come home early even tho it was working but the product itself is good!!! my cat loves it :)

1st of all th order was 5 days late getting to me, by the time it arrived I had had hip surgery so it sat in the box for a week. Once I put it together (the easy

Once I put it together (the easy part) and downloaded the program you need to calibrate the item, the whole thing went south! I can not understand or figure out the programming instructions...they are not clear and this was a total waste of my time and money. I will be returning the item and finding an automatic feeder that doesn't require a master degree in programming to operate!

Works great but can’t use it when on vacation
So far it has been working great. However, when I am in a different state it won’t allow me to have access to the feeder. So I cannot see if my dog ate or not and
So far it has been working great. However, when I am in a different state it won’t allow me to have access to the feeder. So I cannot see if my dog ate or not and I can’t adjust anything if his sitter needs me to. Which has been annoying. I thought I could access the feeder from anywhere even when I’m not home. I may return this and get a different one if I can’t figure out how to fix that.
