How does manual mode work? Is there a remote to use?

There is no remote control. You can set automatic and manual modes. In automatic mode, the product will send vibration, electric shock, buzzer and other commands in response to barking or other abnormal behavior. In manual mode, you can set the dog behavior corresponding to the command.
How long does it stay charged??

This is amazing!!

We rescued a mixed breed little girl with a questionable background from a shelter. We brought her home and she was amazing, except for one thing - she barked at everything and everyone except us. It became intolerable and had a lot to do with her abusive history (she was an abandoned stray when she was picked up). We had to do something because we couldn't have company in - it just became intolerable. We ordered this collar and from Day 1, she "got it" - that simple beep when she barked was enough to get her to stop. She's a totally different dog now. She will still utter some low growls, but for the most part, she does so well. In fact, I had her outside one morning and there were deer in the yard - I had not yet put her collar on for the day and she barked - I simply said "beep" and she shut up - she just needed a simple reminder not to do that. We are so grateful for this product. She's an amazing little dog and she deserves a great life and we're working on that! Thank you - thank you - thank you for this amazing product.

Love this collar!

I can’t say enough good things about this new e-collar! It’s easy to adjust on her neck as well as easy to use. Mae is almost 8 and has been on an e-collar since she was a pup. It’s for her safety more than anything. We’ve had many collars over the years and this has by far been the easiest one to transition to. My daughter and I love that each feature has a button, rather than having to toggle between features with just one button. I’m ecstatic as to how easy this is to use! I’m so pleased with my purchase and have been recommending this collar to many friends!

Patpet is the best e collar compant out there

This is a really good E-Collar. The remote is slim, light, without too many buttons. I love how there is no beep with both vibrate and static shock like the other devices. The actual collar device is great too as it is slim and not bulky like most others. The vibrate option does just enough to get my dogs attention. We stay away from the shock as much as possible but although there are only 16 levels of shock, levels 3-4 are plenty. Battery life is great too. My only complaints are that there is no strap attached to remote and that the buttons do not light up at night. These two complaints are absolutely no big deal but if it had the strap and LED on buttons for night time it would be the perfect product. Oh and I think I do prefer a buckle style collar as opposed to nylon collar as well. Overall, terrific product that works well and the customer support is very responsive. I will be using PATPET For as long as I have a dog.

Amazing Buy

My dog does not like it but it keeps her in the yard. As soon as I grab remote, she knows I mean business. I don’t have to use the shock because she immediately responds to the vibrate and beep. I highly recommend this product as it will get your dog trained! It has shock beep and vibration mode. You can also change the setting to how you want to set it with your pup!

Does not hold charge past 15 minutes

When this works, it works great. But does not hold a charge for more than a few minutes. Constantly recharging. Initially it was on the charger until "the green light came on". Only worked for one bark. Re-charged.... green light came on within a couple minutes. Still did not hold a charge. Left on charger 4 hours, even though the green light was on. Same thing, left on charger over night, and same thing. Just won't keep a charge more than 15 minutes or the first bark or two.

No more barking

Fantastic. I had just a vibrating collar but this one is so much better. He still will begin to bark I tell him "no barking" and of course the second bark the vibration comes on and he stops. Our house is absolutely peaceful. He used to bark at every person that passed our house and if they had a dog, it was worse. Now not so much.

Great e collar in the market

Bought this E collar to replace a cheaper E collar, and very happy I did. Noticed varying responses to stimulation on the previous collar but this collar is very consistent. Love the remote light feature! Wish the tone was a little bit larger but still able to hear it from about 50 yards away, still certain the dog can hear it.

Great iem, adjust strangth perfect

LOVE IT!!!! Great range, tried it in the woods, even there great range. Never used the shock function on the dog, but tried on myself, excellent strength adjustment, tried on my forearm, 0-nothing, 3-very light barely feel, 6-decent feel, 12-ouchy! Light unit, great that it clips, has a lanyard. I like that once you turn it on and don't use it for some time, like 10, or 20 minutes, or an hour it goes to sleep, then you press any button and it wakes up - stores battery life. Charges quickly. My pup-pup is a 70LB Doberman, very very active, doesn't mind it at all. If you learn how to use and conduct training appropriately, then this is a great item. Recommended to friends and they love it!

Love it. Great at a distance. Large variety in everything. Fits my Frenchie and stretches to fit my Dutch Shepard. Very responsive. Lost of options. Beep, vibration, and at least 15 shock levels. For the price. It does not get any better than this. Pictures of dogs for reference. And the product itself. Honestly. It came with instructions but it was easy to set up so self explanatory. Love it.

Amazing product

I have another model of collar from this company which I love. But what I love best about this product is the sleek design and slim fit to my dogs neck. It is not bulky at all and the size of the receiver is perfect. I love the digital screen on the remote to see the levels it is perfect. I also love that this products receiver is waterproof because I have a golden who swims a lot! Lastly, I cannot say enough about this company's service. They are very helpful when anwsering questions or concerns and go above and beyond to assist you. Therefore, I would never hesitate to reccomend any of their products to anyone they truly are a lifesaver!
