How do I turn it off

How does manual mode work? Is there a remote to use?

There is no remote control. You can set automatic and manual modes. In automatic mode, the product will send vibration, electric shock, buzzer and other commands in response to barking or other abnormal behavior. In manual mode, you can set the dog behavior corresponding to the command.

How long does it stay charged??

can I use it on multiple dogs

Malfunctions CONSTANTLY

This item has failed and was replaced. It is still consistently malfunctioning. It goes off when our pup is quiet and lying still, and doesn't go off when she barks

This item has failed and was replaced. It is still consistently malfunctioning. It goes off when our pup is quiet and lying still, and doesn't go off when she barks. It also has an irritating green light that flashes constantly and is quite bright in the dark. (Some might find this useful at night, we don't as we feel it is too bright to have blinking near our dog's eyes.) It turns itself on and off sporadically, and arbitrarily changes modes from vibration to shock. This is particularly problematic as we do not wish to use the shock feature. Epic fail.

Easy to use

Love that it comes with charger, extra caps, and removable prongs. We found out through our camera our new pomsky is a loud screamer whenever leave to go get groceries

I’ve had it for couple months now and it’s still working great!

It works!

I've tried everything with my miniature schnauzer, who barks, barks, barks at an ear-spitting pitch. When I put this on him, one bark and he stops. I don't use it

Didn't hold a charge

It was very difficult to manage. I followed the instructions. I found that it needed to be recharged often. That meant dismantling it to reach the charging port

I charged it all day and it would come on for a second and completely turn back off. I tried everything to make it work and it just wouldn’t stay on. Also, the

Also, the middle part looked small in the picture, but it was deceiving. It looked like a big box on her neck. And, well this is my fault for not reading it thoroughly; when the title said automatic and manual, I thought I’d be able to switch to remote when needed.
