SUPER Convenient for SHORT term!

We got this to keep up with puppy feedings while we are gone during the day. In terms of freshness, we’ve had no problems because we use it for one day at a time

We got this to keep up with puppy feedings while we are gone during the day. In terms of freshness, we’ve had no problems because we use it for one day at a time. The ice packs are like a cooler for a lunch box. Would you leave your lunch box out for 3 days with the same ice pack? This is for sure not for multiple days. It’s perfect for one day at a time! Our pup has dug at it with no openings. She’s pawed at it relentlessly and had no issues with it breaking. She isn’t afraid of the noise, and if she digs at it while it moves, it pauses and tries again a bit later. We LOVE this thing. Especially for the price!

I was so excited to get this for my cat for 2-3 trips so i don't need a cat sitter. But not only was Oliver scared of the noise when it changed feedings (I tested it when i was home to make sure it worked). I set it up for my trip but when i came back it never rotated, the ice packs didn't keep and the food was rotten. I won't be trying an automatic feeder again.

Very easy to set up and very helpful. I work long days so i often don't have time to feed my cats but they love wet food, so this is awesome. My one gripe is I wish it came with an extra set of ice pack so i could easily swap them out as it appears the ice pack doesn't stay cold super long. Which I understand, the title does say "24 hour fresh". I went on a weekend trip and came back and the last meal had mold in it, which is my fault as I didn't read that the ice packs don't stay cold that long. Otherwise, quite a helpful device.

Can easily get into.

Completely dead after 4 months

This feeder worked ok for the first few months, then would randomly stop advancing. Now, it’s randomly going into “programming mode” and beeping (but you can’t

This feeder worked ok for the first few months, then would randomly stop advancing. Now, it’s randomly going into “programming mode” and beeping (but you can’t actually change anything once in that mode). It will no longer advance, even when the programmed time rolls around. Complete garbage.

This automatic wet feeder is horrible and unreliable. My cat eats wet food one time a day, everyday around 5 pm. Setting up this wet feeder looks simple, by adjusting the times for each feeding and it should open at the set times, but this device simply doesn’t allow for times to be set and saved into the device. Trying to set up the feeding times took me 2 hours until I gave up. None of the feeding times saved into the device, and even reading the instructions multiple times and watching videos, the device would not save any of the set times. Don’t order this device and leave your pets alone for even a weekend because this wet food feeder is unreliable and a WASTE of money! Invest your money into a wet food feeder that is reliable.

Solves the gorging problem

When I saw this automatic cat feeder with ice packs. I was encouraged that it would solve the problem my cat has when I leave more than 1 meal out when I am going

When I saw this automatic cat feeder with ice packs. I was encouraged that it would solve the problem my cat has when I leave more than 1 meal out when I am going to be home late. My Maine Coon mix who is on Rx food would eat ALL of the food at once not pacing himself only to vomit it up. Once I figured out how to set the timers, the cat feeder has solved the problem. It is quiet except for the beep letting us know it’s “dinner time “.

It's easy to clean and the battery life is solid. I also like being able to prep a few meals ahead of time and not worry. Definitely worth it if you're looking for something simple and reliable.
