Metal prong contacts

It broke, I really didn't expect that to happen. Perhaps more than one should be included. I can't be the only person in this situation. Other than that excellent

It broke, I really didn't expect that to happen. Perhaps more than one should be included. I can't be the only person in this situation. Other than that excellent product. Would give 5 but had to order a part that someone knew would fail. 1 1/2 yo 100 pound GSD.
