button sticking on the controller

Recieved the items as requested,charged up units and trimmed the excessively long collars and placed the recievers on our two goldens.Sent them out play and shortly

Recieved the items as requested,charged up units and trimmed the excessively long collars and placed the recievers on our two goldens.Sent them out play and shortly after words one of the collars were constantly going off.I shut them off and investigated further to find one of the buttons on the controller as sticking in, I could not get it to stop. Requested a new unit.Over all looks like a good product.
