I have had a wonderful experience with patpet customer service. This will be my third clippers through them. I am really excited to try this one, the only problem

I have had a wonderful experience with patpet customer service. This will be my third clippers through them. I am really excited to try this one, the only problem is I keep getting sent plastic comb attachments with the 950, so it appears to be a 930, just switched out the actual clippers. I was looking forward to trying the metal combs, but have already returned this once and received the same product. All I can say is if you have any problems, contact patpet and they are very helpful!

Item not as pictured!

I was sent a PHC-950 with various length comb attachments. The clipper pictured has different blades with different length metal teeth instead of comb attachments

I was sent a PHC-950 with various length comb attachments. The clipper pictured has different blades with different length metal teeth instead of comb attachments. This appears to be the P930 package which is $15 less, but written description on P950 contradicts the picture.

Broken blade part

I waited to see how long they would last before I wrote a review. I have only used these clippers less than 20x since I purchased them in 2022. Only between grooming

I waited to see how long they would last before I wrote a review. I have only used these clippers less than 20x since I purchased them in 2022. Only between grooming appointments for my two poddles. The plastic part that holds the spring in place just popped off. Its impossible to use without replacing the blade.

My boy is 12 years old and diabetic. Because he is so vulnerable, I don’t feel safe bringing him to the groomer right now because of this respiratory illness that’s effecting dogs. I ordered these clippers. They are FANTASTIC. They charge quickly and hold the charge. Being cordless, it makes them so easy to navigate around Mr. Dog. These were a great investment and have already paid for themselves.

Guides are a pain

Being cordless is extremely nice but I'm unhappy with the trimming guides. One swipe and I have to remove the guide and brush out the hair. This is very time consuming

Problem After Problem

I really WANT to love this clipper. I have had multiple problems with this though. 1) Cleaning error will not go away and the clipper shuts off after about 5 seconds

I really WANT to love this clipper. I have had multiple problems with this though. 1) Cleaning error will not go away and the clipper shuts off after about 5 seconds. It is not resolved by cleaning, oiling, or restarting. I can only get it to work about 1:30 tries re-seating the clipper head and still can’t figure out which aspect of the seat makes it function to repeat. 2) I have had this six months and used it about 5 times and now the unit will not charge from the charging base OR using the direct charging cable. 3) Customer service is horrible via PatPet. There is no contact info on the package insert, but managed to find an email. I rarely get a reply and had to send multiple videos to show the issue and still have no resolution. For a $100 clipper I really want to love, I simply can’t due to the poor customer service and multiple issues.
