Are you supposed to leave the silicone prong covers off while your dog wears the collar? The manual doesn’t specify

We recommend the contact points and silicone covers are installed on the collar when the dog wears collar.

Can the nylon strap of the collar be removed and replaced with a different type, such as a vinyl or plastic strap that will wash off dirt easier?

Because this product is an automatic trigger mechanism, if the environment is noisy, the product may false trigger. We recommend choosing a fixed place and time to use this product for special behavior training for dogs.

not worth it

It doesn’t stay locked. It shocks my dog when I set it to vibrate because it doesn’t stay locked. It will also shock the dog wearing it when my other dog barks

Doesn't work

Took out of the box, put it on the charger, and the screen is frozen on the charging symbol. It doesn't respond to anything and won't turn on or off.

Cool concept but...

They just never seem to work right. The vibration mode switches to shock mode while in lock mode. I lock it in vibration (the only setting preferred for me) and

They just never seem to work right. The vibration mode switches to shock mode while in lock mode. I lock it in vibration (the only setting preferred for me) and then while my dog is running or barking it switches to shock mode and stuns my dog. Also, you cant find a replacement charger for these anywhere. Wish I could return them, they are very expensive for the low quality. I purchased two for both of my dogs.

False Trigger

This collar triggers for no reason. Fortunately, I was only using the vibrate setting but it went off when my boy was being very good and not barking at all. I only had it on him for a few minutes one morning before tossing it - it went off when he ran down the porch steps, then again while he was laying there panting and again when he was trotting up a hill in the yard. Poor guy was so confused! I first tried two of the PetDiary brand collars but they wouldn't trigger at all even when he was barking up a storm. However, that is better than triggering for no reason. Definitely do NOT recommend this collar, especially if you need the shock function.

Similar to the June 2022 review, this bark collar barely worked when we first got it. The touchscreen is faulty - it took many attempts when brand-new for it to respond to the pressing motions to turn on/off or change modes. It came out of locked mode twice when we had it only on vibrate resulting in strong shocks to our dog. Now the screen is locked up- it shows full charge, but the red numbers are constantly changing, it went to unlocked mode, and will not turn off or change modes. We have only used the collar occasionally- maybe 10 times actually on the dog, and it sits on the counter the rest of the time. Very disappointed. The concept is good, the instructions are skimpy at best, no youtube support for this model, and the actusl collar appears unusable at this point. Since the screen is unresponsive, we have no choice but to let the battery charge drain and hope that it will reset itself at the next full charge.

I like the fact that it provides instant bark correction and give me the option to use tone, vibration or shock. I didn't like that it turns off automatically after a period of time. Sometimes the settings change while my dog is using the collar. However, it is making a difference in my dog. I have noticed he barks less now.
