JUNK!!! you won't get a refund!!!

I bought this item. It didn't work...So I went the same day. I received it and sent the item back the same day! Same package it came in. I was told when you take

I bought this item. It didn't work...So I went the same day. I received it and sent the item back the same day! Same package it came in. I was told when you take it back to fed x. And we can trace that you sent it by fedx and we can see the tracking number. Then we will refund you. Your refund will be in your account 3 to 5 business days. Well, I have been chatting with them each day. Each day they tell me the samething. Each day they say just received my item back. That I have to wait for the warehouse to send the refund. Well, Fedx says my item was received on the 22nd. So Chewy just told me they just received it today in the warehouse. Here it is the 29th. Each day they say they just received the returned item. So I am confused where is my item? This is the first time I bought from chewy and it will be the last time. I just want my refund...

not sure product works for every dog

we live by a neighbor with springer spaniel, that dog roaming the backyard barking from one end to the other, particular like to aggrevate our wall at the fence

Had this for a few weeks. Says outdoor up to 50ft but only really goes off when they are barking within 10ft of it. Says waterproof but after 1 storm the ultrasonic

I always brought it in and let it warm up before trying to charge it, but even then it completely died. When it worked, it worked.

They said 50ft, false, it’s more like 5ft not even, instructions are a poor translation from Chinese, won’t explain what the different ultrasound are for, not worth
