Great collar with options
I have a year and a half lab who is full of energy and not ally responds well to commands u til he is so distracted by something he can play with that he won’t listen
I have a year and a half lab who is full of energy and not ally responds well to commands u til he is so distracted by something he can play with that he won’t listen to anyone. That is until I started using this collar. It has a beep, vibrate and shock option with varying levels. And none will hurt the dog (I felt it). But with this collar, he immediately responded in a positive way by responding to what I wanted just with the vibrate mode. He doesn’t get distracted. He recalls immediately. And since I started using it, I haven’t had to actually push the “vibrate” mode after the second day. It has also been exposed to water by sprinklers as my dog runs around and it continues to work. Have not had the dog jump in a pool so not sure if that would damage it but rain should be just fine.

So far we have only needed to use the tone feature, and that alone grabs her attention and makes her listen to whatever she knows she's supposed to be doing. Everything is easy to set up and battery last fairly long. Quick to turn on and off and the remote is easy to use. I highly recommend this for any pet parents who are looking for the extra security that your pup will listen.

If you have a really stubborn dog, I suggest you keep looking and Chewy has a lot of different companies who make these.
