I didn’t take a photo. But they tell you to rinse the filters that come with it and let them soak in water until the water runs clean. And the water never ever ran

No matter how much I soaked and rinsed the filters they never ever ran clear. Also the instructions were written in broken English and the whole thing just did not inspire confidence. I would not be comfortable letting my pets drink from this. I did return it and they refunded me so it was fine. But I would not recommend this.

I've kept up with the proper maintenance as per the instructions. Then it kept getting weaker until it could no longer pump past the tip that attaches to the hole.
