This fountain plugs into the wall and is made with an emergency storage capacity so pets can always quench their thirst even if the power goes out.

How do you clean it?

The water dispenser needs to be cleaned once about 3 days in operation, and the filter elements should be replaced once about 2 weeks. The parts of the water dispenser are not allowed to be cleaned in the dishwasher. The new filter element needs to be soaked in water for about 5 minutes before it can be used.

Don’t waste ur money

I bought this item in late June and it has been nothing but a pain in the rear end. I have other brands of automatic water bowls, that have ironically paid less

I bought this item in late June and it has been nothing but a pain in the rear end. I have other brands of automatic water bowls, that have ironically paid less for and hold up way better than this piece of junk. Also, the filters are hard of find as it’s very finicky. It just crapped out today. Barely 6 months old and quit working.

my cats only drink running water, but one of them knocks over the small cutesy water fountains :/ those are usually difficult to thoroughly clean too and i found that they would get gunky pretty quickly. plus this one ACTUALLY LOOKS like a faucet, so my cat that would only drink from a faucet actually drinks from it too! best fountain i’ve purchased by far

Annoying

We were excited to get the PatPet water fountain so our cats could enjoy clean filtered water at all times. It came with 4 filters but only 1 little black thing

We were excited to get the PatPet water fountain so our cats could enjoy clean filtered water at all times. It came with 4 filters but only 1 little black thing when it says there should have been 4. The one little black thing was already installed into the pump. Maybe an indication that this item had been returned without the other 3 black things. Beside the point. We plugged it in and the sound the water made being recycled through the pump and into the dish was loud and so annoying. The only way to keep it quieter is to constantly add more water. Our dog and only one of our 4 cats ever tried it and would seek water from other sources. We've had it use for just one week and my husband and I couldn't take the constant sound of water running. I'm going to send it back.

Even the picky pup likes it.

The pup I thought would ignore this fountain actually loves it. The one I got it for is less enthusiastic, but still prefers it to a regular water bowl.

Perfect size for where it was needed.

My fur babies are getting used to the new water fountain. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to buy a plug in adaptor, wasn't prepared to do that.

She doesn't have to just drink trickle water which I felt she wasn't drinking enough out of the spout this has 2 ways to drink .ots like a little water faucet
