They were the wrong filters for my fountain but your excellent employees got me a refund and I made a reorder of hopefully the correct one

That it was cordless

after having it for a few days i decided that I would like one that plugs in all the time and the water runs all the time. that's what my cats are used to so it

after having it for a few days i decided that I would like one that plugs in all the time and the water runs all the time. that's what my cats are used to so it took them awhile to realize that their movement towards it is what makes the water turn on for them. It is nice but would prefer one that stays plugged in.

I was looking for new filters for my cat's Petory fountain but couldn't find them anywhere. These are exactly the same, even the box is the same & the fountain looks
