Is the removable faux fur washable?

The bed cover is machine washable. Unzip the zipper linings to remove the memory foam base from the outer cover. Wash the cover in cold water on the gentle cycle and hang to dry. A damp cloth can also be used to remove stains from the cover. Brush and fluff up the faux fur using a pet care brush with widely spaced metal bristles – this kind of brush is called a slicker brush. Brush and fluff carefully so you don't damage the faux fur's fabric.

I have a golden retriever puppy that still chews on things is this able to be chewed and torn apart?

All beds in the PupRug™ Collection (regardless of size) have a memory foam base that is 2 inches thick. The foam provides comfortable, supportive cushioning for pets, and this measurement is taken without the fur cover.

can i buy a new Memory foam insert?

False Advertising!!

It is not 5 inches thick. It's not even 2 full inches thick. It's plastic and crunchy and terrible. DO NOT WASTE your money, even if it's on sale. What a joke

It’s really nice to look at but we can’t keep this in our bedroom because our dog will wake us up if she rolls over, moves, or gets off and back on. It sounds like it’s made out of plastic chip bags, not thattt loud but I definitely didn’t expect a dog bed to produce noise that would wake me up. I would not buy this one if you’re wanting to keep it in your bedroom.

Misleading Sizing Description

I had purchased this bed in the hopes that I could get rid of the multiple keeper dog beds that I have but unfortunately it is not what I was expecting. In the sizing

I had purchased this bed in the hopes that I could get rid of the multiple keeper dog beds that I have but unfortunately it is not what I was expecting. In the sizing description for this dog bed it had listed it as being 5 in thick, it's at best 2 inches after letting it sit and decompress. They must be including the fluffy outer covering as part of the height dimensions because with the outer cover you may get a total of 5 in for the height of the dog bed. A 2 inch thick foam cushion whether it's orthopedic or not is not going to support my 200 lb Great Dane. I'm hoping the return process isn't too difficult because even purchasing it at the 71% off regular price deal of $130 is in fact not a deal at all because it's not worth even that. I'd hate to be someone who paid the full $450 for this bed and receive what I received. Save your money with this bed because in this case you don't get what you pay for unfortunately.
