I don't know if the jar I received had been in some warm temperatures or what, but it was all liquid on the top. I tried shaking the jar very well before opening
I don't know if the jar I received had been in some warm temperatures or what, but it was all liquid on the top. I tried shaking the jar very well before opening it but that didn't help. Below the liquid the contents were fairly hard and not smooth like peanut butter. It was messy to serve but 3 out of 3 pups seemed to like it. It had an oily, gritty feel when I had to clean up the mess I made trying to stir it to make it smooth. Great for getting tongue out photos because the dogs licked a lot after tasting. Seemed to make them thirsty.

My Golden inhales his food, so I put this in a Kong and froze it before giving it to him. It apparently has a good smell because he was super excited. He immediately started licking at the Kong and did not want to stop. I like the limited and healthy ingredients.

I don't detect the banana but no complaints. My dogs love this peanut butter. The packaging says human grade, and I have to admit it tastes just like natural peanut butters. I would eat it. Happy to feed something human grade to my dogs.

This is a great treat alternative for your pup. My sheltie loved it and couldn’t get enough; however, there a few setbacks. Before I even opened the jar, the outer packaging was slimy, indicating the seal isn’t truly sealed and oil was leaking. The peanut butter is an all natural butter, so there was also at least half inch of oil that needed to be stirred. Because of that, I won’t be purchasing again. I was hoping it could be a quick treat jar to dip a spoon or toy in, but it absolutely has to be stirred every time. Kind of messy.

One is because the oil separates from the peanut butter and it is very stiff, thus difficult to stir to combine. The other is that the product must be refrigerated and that makes the product too stiff to spread. I think the company needs to rethink this product. While I think dogs will love it because of the taste, it is not user-friendly for pet parents.

While he could have had the entire jar in one go if i let him i stopped at two big spoonfuls for his first go around to see how he took it being mostly a big puppy still and no issues!
