Rejected until microwaved then loved.

When I opened the box it was like a joke about a child playing with the box rather than the gift. My dogs sniffed this hard block, put their mouths over it and then totally rejected it. After leaving it with them and none of them actually picking it up I smeared some peanut butter on it as a starter. They licked the peanut butter off and left the Dentamust behind. After a few days of rejection I put the Dentamust in the microwave until it puffed up, let it cool overnight and in the morning presented it to the dogs. They loved it, chased each other around paying with it as they do with favorite toys. I let one of them have it and she proceeded to crunch it and when it broke into smaller pieces I distributed them to the others. Each and every one of them loved it in the new puffed up form.
No weird chew smell!

The chew itself was also much larger than I had expected when I ordered, but it was the perfect size for my Great Dane. I would order again just based off of that. That said, she was pretty reluctant to take it at first and there was a lot of hesitation on her part to begin gnawing on it. I’m unsure if that might have been just because it was a new product, or if the taste/smell (or lack-thereof?) might have thrown her off. She ended up enjoying it in the end, but she definitely had some skepticism to begin with.

I was pleasantly surprised how long the chew lasted. The chew sample was for a medium dogs. Since I only receive one sample and I have three dogs, they had to share! My larges dog, 90 lb. lab mix, got his turn first. He chewed for 20 minutes and there was still over half the chew left. Then my next largest, 70 lb Boxer, was next and she chewed for about 20 minutes and still left a good amount of the chew. Then it was the 25 lb., Boston Terrier's turn and she got to chew until her heart was content. The photos is Mochi enjoying her turn and the other photo is the other two dogs waiting for their next turn.

She sniffed it and did seen interested, but it was just too big for her . They may have smaller sizes that I'm not aware of. My dog is a small 7 lb Chihuahua. She couldn't get her mouth around it. A bigger dog would love these! I love that it has all natural ingredients but the size was an issue just because my dog is so small.

We received it on Sunday, 05/04/25 and gave it to our dog. I thought I would try and cut it in half, but there was no way to do that. Our Ollie did not know what

Our Ollie did not know what to do with it at first, but then figured it out. He chewed that thing all night. Managed to finish it on Monday, 05/05/25. I think it would be better in the future to be able to cut it in half rather than giving the whole thing at once. Our dog is relentless at finishing what he starts. He did love it!
