My dog loves these, as I'm typing this right now she's chewing on one she found in her stash of toys and other goodies. They last for quite a while, don't have a strong smell, don't make a mess, and come in a cute little container. My dog is a pretty heavy chewer and most long lasting chews only last a few minutes at best but these keep her busy for at least an hour. They can also be microwaved to be made softer and similar to a puffed snack. Even the cat wanted to munch!

The only thing we could caution about is when it is getting down to a small piece it’s better to take away from them they will sometimes get choked on the small piece. The product is good because it’s good for them.

I was cautiously optimistic when I purchased the Pawfect Himalayan Cheese Bars with Mixed Fruit for my one-year-old super chewer. Finding a durable chew that keeps him safely occupied is an ongoing mission. Initially, I was impressed. These bars are incredibly long-lasting, and my dog was immediately a huge fan. He would settle in for a good, long chew session, which was exactly what I was hoping for. The mixed fruit formulation seemed like a nice, natural touch. However, my initial enthusiasm has been tempered by a couple of significant concerns, echoing issues I've had with other Himalayan cheese chews in the past. The primary issue is the extreme hardness of the chew. While this contributes to its longevity, I am constantly worried about the potential for a chipped tooth, especially with an enthusiastic chewer like my dog. The second, more pressing issue is digestibility. I've noticed a pattern where, after a long session with one of these chews, my dog ends up vomiting later. It seems the hard pieces sit heavily in his stomach. While he loves the taste, the after-effects are a major drawback for us.

I felt as though this treat helped clean their teeth instead of two bites and it's gone. I would recommend being present while chewing. I did throw away the smaller pieces so no on chocked.

They seem to be very long lasting and made with stellar ingredients that help your dogs teeth and are actually good for your dog unlike a rawhide or regular bone that has no nutritional value. They are a bit pricey but the container is made to keep them stored perfectly. I assume this container of the 10 will last more than a year for a dog or two. The large size I got is about 5-6 inches long and 2 inches thick. Im super impressed with these chews. They really keep my dog occupied and i havent seen any of it chewed off yet.

I ordered a large size chew. They smelled good and looked great and were an instant hit! They usually last a few days per dog unless they're really into chewing one. Absolutely will be getting again!

I love the convenience of the packaging for these chews, and appreciate that they are not overly smelly like the traditional cheese-only yak chews. Unfortunately, my dog did not take to these like other chews out of the box. She is not an aggressive chewer, so I typically soak the bars in water for 30 minutes or more, depending on the size. She was more inclined to chew on these when they were softened, but she was most excited about these chews when I puffed them up in the microwave. The fruit flavors can’t be smelled at all by humans, so it’s hard to say how my dog felt about the different flavors. Overall, I would not recommend these chews unless you have a very aggressive chewer. Supervision is absolutely required as there is always a risk of damaging teeth with these hard chews–highly recommend soaking in water before giving them to your pup!!
