Feeding Instructions
The chew bars can be served straight out of the packet. What to do with the end pieces? Microwave them until you see them puffing. Allow them to cool completely after microwaving before you serve. The 2 halves are too small to place in the holder so basically not to be used as intended with the pieces being so small I don't think it is safe to give to the dog when not in a holder. I'm disappointed and won't reorder because its not enough $$ to get the free shipping and it wouldn't be worth it with the cost of the shipping. Photos added.

These things are heavy duty. I originally gave one to my 10 y/o golden retriever who has some damaged teeth in the back. I monitored closely and, based on the sounds it made, decided the original form these come in was too hard for his teeth. That said, microwaving it for 2 minutes, it blew up like a crunchy Cheeto and was a great high value treat that was easier on the teeth. Probably won’t buy again since it was essentially an expensive cheese puff but would be great for a dog with a tougher mouth!

We have two havanese. One is constantly on the move, potentially getting into trouble. This keeps him busy. Our girl is less interested and only chews on it a bit

Too brittle - lots of small pieces on the floor
Unlike other Himalayan cheese chews we’ve bought, these chews are brittle so that one ends up with tiny pieces all of the floor. I will not buy again.

Seemed to smell/taste good to dogs but too tough to chew
My picky dog seemed very enthusiastic about this chew when I first gave it to her, but I think it was too hard for her to chew; she tried to chew it a few times

Could be good for super chewers but maybe too tough for others (for reference, my dog is a 55-lb hound-pit mix who's a normal chewer).

Made my dog sick
My dog got very sick after eating these. She threw up large chunks of the solid cheese. I won’t be ordering again.
