Simple ingredients for cheese and crunch lovers. These yak chew puffs were nice and dense without being too hard. My GSD could happily crunch on these and not insta eat them. They aren't a long term chew but also aren't gone so fast my dog immediately wants another. Think thick hard pretzel rod over potato chip. We got two larger puffs (hand length) and one half puff in our bag. It is listed as product of India, which given it is a yak cheese treat makes sense but it is good to note. No strong smell and it wasn't crumbly so no mess was involved. Doggo was very happy with the treat and had a hard time being patient while I opened the bad. This product gets 4 stars and not 5 because of the quantity of puffs but based on the list price and quality I still consider it to be a good value as a special treat.
Just Ok

I gave these to my Great Pry mix. He seemed indifferent on the taste. He ate it but wasn't looking for more when it was gone so I usually take that to mean it was good enough to eat but he could take it or leave it. I will say I would buy these over the hard chews. The one and only time I got a Yak Cheese hard treat, I had to go digging in the back of his throat as he started choking on the last nub of it. These crumble easily. Light and Crunchy. Good size too for big dogs.
A big hit!

Oh my gosh, were these a big hit with our dog! She gobbled them right up! They are nice and crunchy, but not too hard for her teeth, and I really appreciated how they don’t crumble into dust on the floor when she bites them 😆 They are an exciting and tasty way for her to get her omega-3s! Looking forward to trying some of the different flavors for her.

The treats are made in India of yak and/or cow milk that is antibiotic and hormone free. The instructions say you can give it as a snack, or crumble it up as a food topping. The label also says they help keep your dogs teeth clean and breath fresh. With my dogs, they are definitely not long lasting. It doesn't take them long to completely devour them. I think they would be a nice change of pace treat to give your dog. The only drawback is a bag only contains 3 bars, so they wouldn't last very long.
May try the strips ...

The package says 3 bars but it was 2 large bars with one little 1.5" cube. It can accomodate smaller dogs by breaking up the bars. My dog did mildly like the crumbs and small pieces I created. He is small, a 12 pound Papillon, 5 years old, so that may be why he did not take to this item in its full size. Some may greatly appreciate that this treat is very low odor.
Perfect choice for a super chewer!

This was a great purchase for my corgi! These chews are hard enough where it still takes him a while to get through and we can get several days out of one chew, but soft enough I could cut it into smaller chunks with a knife if I needed/wanted to. Would definitely buy again
Great alternative to hard chews but doesn’t last

These are great and also a nice option if you have the problem I had with the Himalayan chews. My problem is one of my dogs gobbles up everything so quickly but since the standard chews are so hard she would swallow the end piece and vomit it up in the middle of the night. I stopped giving it to her and let my smaller girl who eats more slowly only have the chews. Unfortunately the same thing started happening so these softer chews wouldn’t cause the same problem. She loves them but my only issue is the price. If you have unlimited funds and want to give your strong chewer a treat that may be gone in 5 minutes I recommend
My dogs were not interested

Kinda bug for toy breeds.

The dogs seem to like eating these but the pieces are pretty big. I had to break them up into smaller pieces for my yorkie. It made a lot of crumbs and was pretty messy. They’d be perfect for larger dogs. My cavalier mix was done with hers and watching him take his time.
