This is a review of the Nature's Feast Freeze-Dried Goat Liver Cat Treat. These treats were freeze dried 100% Goat Liver, Grain free, Human Grade and 100% Natural. They are high in Proteins, Vitamins, and Minerals. I really like that the container is 100% recyclable which I liked very much. These treats are very hard, so if your cat has bad teeth these may not be a good fit. My cat would not even attempt to try these. When I tried to give him one he would look at it and walk away. He did not even try to sniff at it like he does with a new treat so the aroma of these treats did not appeal to him. I tried several times to give him one and he just walked away each time. I even put one in his food bowl with his food. He just ate around it and left the treat. Although the treat did not appeal to my adult cat, it may appeal to another. My cat is a little picky when it comes to treats and seems to prefer the softer treats. I had hoped since this was a healthy treat that he may like them, since they are a little different, so another cat that likes harder treats or a younger cat may enjoy them better.

I decided to try to cut/crush it using the bottom of the can and that was enough for him to figure out how to eat it. He really enjoys them and cleans up all the crumbs he makes!
