This Himalayan Cheese dog chew is amazing!!! My medium-sized 30-pound Shepard mix dog chews through rawhides and large busy bones in a matter of minutes. Because of that, we sawed this cheese chew in half because I didn’t want her to eat the whole thing all at once. Well it turns out, I didn’t have to do that at all, b/c it kept her busy for hours!!! She actually chewed it so long she got tired and stopped!! She has never left a chew before. She went back to it numerous times because she seems to really like the taste of it. After a few hours of her going back to it many times, I picked it up to save it for the next day. I’m super excited to have finally found something that she actually likes, that lasts for such a long time!! The price is good, and it is not gross like the giant meat bones. It doesn’t smell at all and doesn’t make a mess. This thing is a game changer for us!

It’s nice cause it doesn’t smell bad and doesn’t have all of the bad ingredients on it that some chew items have. Would recommend for anyone that has an aggressive chewer looking for something to entertain your dog without worrying about a lot of chemicals.

I am always skeptical when giving my Bulldogs something new to chew on because I do not want them to chew them up quickly and potentially choke on the product. I chose my smaller 43 pound female Bulldog to try the Large size Chew because she is a very passionate chewer and will not waste time devouring something when possible. When I first opened the package, I was pleasantly surprised with the size, shape, and density of the product. It has a quite smooth texture with no odor. My dog took it from me immediately and never looked back. She took the chew to her bed and began working on it right away, ignoring the vast other types of chew toys that were surrounding her. I observed her closely, not knowing how quickly she may get through the chew. After an hour I took it away to give us both a break. I noted that she had barely made an impact on it at all! Over two days we did that routine repeatedly. She was anxious to take it from me every time I offered it to her. Overall, it took her about 10 hours to finish the chew and easily swallow the small piece that remained, with no choking at all. I will definitely be purchasing more of these excellent chews. For my larger Bulldogs, I would prefer if they were about two inches longer. But otherwise I am very pleased with the product!

Unfortunately, our German Shepherd declined this product after an initial taste. We did try reintroducing it to her on several occasions to no avail. It is simply not her cup of tea.
