3+ weeks and still waiting

Is it supposed to take 3+ weeks? First time ordering anything from Chewy and I’m not impressed. I ordered the original tag in November just before Thanksgiving

Is it supposed to take 3+ weeks? First time ordering anything from Chewy and I’m not impressed. I ordered the original tag in November just before Thanksgiving. Never received. But when I contacted customer service, they agreed there’d been no shipping updates and sent a replacement. That was on December 2nd. It’s now 12/13. I bought as a gift for our office dog and really hoping it arrives before 12/24. But this is ridiculous. Even for a custom item, the shipping time leaves much to be desired.

I wasn't sure what to expect. After I ordered three for my kitties for traveling I was excited to see how they would turn out and was not disappointed. The tags themselves are a nice metal material. The pictures turned out perfect and all he little details exceeded everything I hoped for. The tags have the photo and information on both sides and are heavy duty material that seems like it will last. And what I didn't realize when originally ordering was that they came with wallet versions. Im obsessed. Absolutely perfect in my opinion

Terrible item

I have always ordered the licenses for our dogs and this is the worst one I have ever received. It looks NOTHING like a Florida license and is cheap thin metal

I have always ordered the licenses for our dogs and this is the worst one I have ever received. It looks NOTHING like a Florida license and is cheap thin metal. It has very sharp edges which could harm your dog. Totally disappointed. I will order from where I usually di. Just thought since Chewy was promoting this product that it would be worth the money. It is not at all and I will have to throw it away.

Wrong information

The dog tag license is great, although some of the information I put was incorrect on the tag and the card. He's not a husky, and one of the numbers was incorrect

After reading reviews about the photo background removal not being the best, I was a tad worried about the photo I had selected. But they did an amazing job on the photo, it looks awesome! The font is a *little* bulky, but it's really nothing to complain about because you can still read it clearly. I just like a skinnier font, myself. Other than that though I have no complaints! The tag and card are easy to read, is printed clearly, and feel decently durable. Hopefully I can update this review in a couple months on how it holds up. I enjoy that there is a comments section as well. Limited character count in all the sections, but it is still pretty cool.
