Way too big for a cat.

It just twists around the collar, too heavy and too big for my adult tom cat. Ends up inside out.

Not sure how long the QR code will last on an active dog. I think a better approach would by an engraved (in metal) QR code. The software was difficult to setup

Dog had to be completely still for the scanning to work, which means taking off the collar. When tested with an Android, it does not load the full info - it just

Dog had to be completely still for the scanning to work, which means taking off the collar. When tested with an Android, it does not load the full info - it just showed dog name and breed - you can’t see the owner’s contact info, which is the whole reason to have this. It does load it all with iPhones, but what if my dog runs off and the person who finds him has an Android? Pretty useless tag at that point.
