Doesn't work great

It has to be tightened daily and doesnt stay against the ceiling well, and the platforms are in odd spots so the cats struggle to climb it unless they just climb

It has to be tightened daily and doesnt stay against the ceiling well, and the platforms are in odd spots so the cats struggle to climb it unless they just climb the pole itself, which doesnt hold well. my small cat is 8 pounds and it almost falls if he runs up it too fast. but it was cheap so cant complain too much!

We were really excited for this to come in. However, we began motivating misgivings as soon as we started putting it together. The fleece wraps around the edges of the bottom floor, providing no traction on uncarpeted floors. We placed skid pads which solved that problem, but soon realized the platforms were awkwardly placed and their dimensions provided almost no horizontal clearance making navigation difficult for cats that are jumpers as opposed to climbers. The tension rod was bent and entirely too flexible to provide any stability. Moxie was too nervous to explore anything beyond the condo, and honestly I don't blame her. We're really bummed our, but will continue to look for a suitable replacement.
