Looks Nice but Not Sturdy

The base that holds the litter box is solid but the condo, especially the section that secures it to the ceiling, was not sturdy. The first time my cat went on the

The base that holds the litter box is solid but the condo, especially the section that secures it to the ceiling, was not sturdy. The first time my cat went on the top level, the main support tower collapsed and broke. We were able to make modifications with parts salvaged from other condos we were replacing but we would not buy this again. Our biggest cat is 13lbs so he should not have broken it based on weight.

Missing hardware

I bought this and received broken & missing hardware (a bag of the screws/bolts and handles were missing). I went to return it before a friend said they’d help me;

I bought this and received broken & missing hardware (a bag of the screws/bolts and handles were missing). I went to return it before a friend said they’d help me; however we were both really busy with work lately and couldn’t, so I asked if I could get the hardware instead. They were kind to send a replacement, but that one is also missing hardware (the magnets that attach to the doors to keep them closed, it’s the piece labeled Q). So the doors will not close. It’s a decent piece and is sturdy when built, but it’s also been a little bit of a hassle putting it together
