The quality was awful. “Wood” was split on several different pieces and a lot of the pieces didn’t line up when putting it together. I emailed them and was sent
The quality was awful. “Wood” was split on several different pieces and a lot of the pieces didn’t line up when putting it together. I emailed them and was sent a replacement that never arrived. Then I asked for a refund a week ago and suddenly no one is responding to my emails.
The dimensions and pictures are quite misleading in my opinion. I will say I feel it was worth the price, not the best option out there but not the most expensive

We bought this to home our Quail and they love it! I used the top tier for only sand and they use the ladder to walk up to it as needed. My only complaint is the instructions, we followed it step-by-step and still ended up missing the gap for the tray and had to go back and re-do it. If you see the instructions you can tell how it is not very clear.

Easy to assemble, looks nice. But, it is quite a bit smaller than I was expecting. Even looking at measurements prior to ordering, the assembled product is very small (or my bunnies are very large). I would not recommend the product for more than one rabbit. As you can see in photo, they do not have much space under the enclosed space.

The struc itself is great. However, the instructions are just a few pictures that hardly tell you where things go. Also half of the pieces don't have the number

I know some people will be able to put it together easy but if you're not very skilled in construction and don't have anyone to help with the construction process I recommend not buying this item.

Make sure you have an electric screwdriver. Not easy when there's no pre-drilled holes.
