Hear me out. I bought this for my baby chicks as they were outgrowing their brooder. I have 8 chicks and two heat plates in it. I put it together last week one night after work. Directions were easy to read and I did it all with one Phillips screwdriver. The babies love the extra room. The youngest ones have taken over the upper level and the bigger ones are on the ground floor. I call it their chickie condo. Also love that the roof completely opens up.
