Pros: looks nice, soft, affordable Cons: not good for large cats (10 lbs + use cautiously), very thin fabric/ rope. Wobbly. I purchased this hoping to give my big orange cat Forest a place to scratch that he wouldn’t knock over. The fabric looks nice and is soft however VERY thin. It won’t last long when he scratches it. It is still very shaky even when tightened to the ceiling. I’d skip this if you have large cats. Might be more suited for an apartment where you don’t have a lot of space and would not want a longer lasting option. I am part of the generation that is used to heavy duty cat furniture from the 2000s. I saw this piece had no reviews so I wanted to take one for the cat community team and give it a try! Probably wouldn’t buy again but it might have a better function in another scenario.
