Are they stackable if I want to put a second enclosure on top?

These enclosures are not designed to be stackable, as that would compromise the stability and durability of the product.

Is it possible to build it without the divider in the middle?

It is possible to build the unit without the inner divider if you prefer a more open space inside. Please note, however, that the divider is designed to help separate the litter area and may assist in controlling odors and providing your cat with more privacy. Removing it will not affect the structural integrity of the enclosure, so feel free to assemble it in a way that best suits your needs.
