Is the back of this product that goes against the house completely open?

The back of the PawHut Catio Outdoor Cat House Window Box is completely open. It should lean against a wall with the house window.

Does it have a window opening that goes next to the house?

This product sits right against the window, so you can open it and your cats are able to go out as they please. Please see photo attached.

How does it secure to the back of the house?

You would lean this against the wall with L-shaped brackets and expansion screws for secure installation.

Will this work with a glass sliding door?

Unfortunately, this item is not compatible with glass sliding doors, and modifying or changing any of its parts would not make it suitable for that type of door. For your reference, the original materials used in this product are Fir Wood, PC Board, and Steel, which are not designed for installation on glass surfaces.

Limited Space

Well, I read the reviews and thought this was the perfect solution to my outdoor cat becoming an inside cat! Unfortunately, it did NOT work for us! She won't go

Well, I read the reviews and thought this was the perfect solution to my outdoor cat becoming an inside cat! Unfortunately, it did NOT work for us! She won't go in it. I don't know if it is because she is a 12 yr old cat used to roaming freely? or that she has to climb thru a window? I wish I knew. My husband put it together within a day or two due to some issues fitting against the house/window. We ended up having to buy similar 'fencing/netting' to secure the back of the catio where there was a 'gap'. Overall, it looks nice, but it doesn't seem to work for us. If anyone has any ideas of how to get an older, free roaming cat into the catio- I am all ears!

This cat patio is amazing, it was fairly easy to assemble, just pay attention to the pre drilled holes. Most mistakes like upside down pieces were my fault. My cat

This cat patio is amazing, it was fairly easy to assemble, just pay attention to the pre drilled holes. Most mistakes like upside down pieces were my fault. My cat loves it. Even though my window is ground level and I couldn't secure it to the back of the house we found a way! With some wood and cinder blocks. It's worth the money. I just wish the roof was better quality but I'm not taking a star off for that.

I did tons of research and decided on this one because they’re basically all the same. This one is perfect. I have 2 cats and they are loving it. I put 99% of it

I did tons of research and decided on this one because they’re basically all the same. This one is perfect. I have 2 cats and they are loving it. I put 99% of it together by myself and only needed help putting on the roof. Good quality and pretty easy to put together.
